Vassilis Perros frames his painting’s virtuousity with the typology of repeated writings that swell from his washed-up suitcases. English words operate here as structural elements of the work, forming at the same time with their meanings, a semantic landscape of expectations and neutralized emotions of a forthcoming travelogue.
